March Kubernetes Patch Releases

Dear Kubernetes community,

The March Kubernetes patch releases are being delayed by one day. We’ve merged important, last-minute security fixes and will allow additional time for these changes to soak before proceeding with the release cuts.

We now plan to perform the releases tomorrow, April 15, 2026.

A quick correction to the previous announcement: the upcoming patch releases refer to the April patch cycle (not March). The release timing communicated in the previous message remains unchanged.
