Greetings again Kubernetes Community! I hope you are all doing well and feeling grounded as we get closer to the 1.35 Release 🚀
This is a friendly reminder that
Docs Freeze milestone for Kubernetes 1.35 release cycle is fast approaching this week, starting at end of day
AoE Tuesday 2 December 2025 (Wednesday 3 December 2025, 12:00 UTC / 04:00 PST).As of writing, we have
21 docs that are At Risk for Docs Freeze, which can be
viewed here.
To meet the Docs Freeze, your kubernetes/website
pull requests with your 1.35 documentation must be merged, or have a technical review as well as lgtm and approve labels applied, without any unaddressed comments or concerns from SIG Docs.
If you think you may miss the deadline, you are highly encouraged to file an
exception request ahead of time!
Please reach out to us on Slack in the
#sig-release or
#release-docs channel if you have any questions.
Thanks for your help! Being one of the biggest open-source projects in the world, Kubernetes users truly appreciate great documentation.
Take care,
Drew Hagen
