Hello all,

Since code freeze on July 22, folks across many SIGs fixed about 27 CI jobs through roughly 60 PRs in 6 repos. As of August 3 the sig-release-master-blocking board has zero failing tabs. Highlights include ci-kubernetes-cross-canary recovering after an 11 day outage (568 aborted builds), the July 31 COS image incident that broke 51 GCE jobs getting fixed the same day, and EC2 jobs that had been red since May going green.

Here's a detailed write up with tables of jobs, issues, and PRs:
https://gist.github.com/dims/f102915bd1ce82db9ca100d0c7574d8c

We still need help. section 4 of the gist lists about 30 open failing-test and flake issues that need owners. Also look at the following for ci jobs related to the sigs you work with:
https://storage.googleapis.com/k8s-triage/index.html

If there are jobs that are no longer needed, PLEASE file PRs to remove them to save precious infra $$$'s.

Thanks to everyone who pitched in, and please take a look at the gist. Join #sig-testing if you haven't already!

Thanks,
Dims
