[ANNOUNCEMENT] Kubernetes v1.32: "Penelope" Released

Hello,

It's my pleasure to announce that Kubernetes v1.32: Penelope has been released
and is now available. You can find more details in the announcement blog article
[0] and in the release notes [1].

Packages for v1.32.0 are available via the GitHub Release page [2]. Debian and
RPM packages are available through the corresponding package managers. For
details, please refer to the Branch Managers announcement [3].

It was an honour and a privilege to lead this release, and to have had the
opportunity of learning so much from my release team [4], SIG Leads & Chairs,
SIG Release leadership and the SIG Release Release subproject, and all the
individual contributors that worked tirelessly to make this release possible.
