July patch releases postponed to July 19, 2023

Dear Kubernetes Community,

Tl;dr: Kubernetes patch releases planned for July 12 are moved to Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Cherry-pick deadline for these patch releases is Friday, July 14, 2023.

We originally planned to cut the July patch releases on July 12. However, as this includes the last planned 1.24 patch release, we want to include some important changes. That includes updating from Go 1.19 to Go 1.20 for which we still have pending PRs.

Given that not all required PRs are merged by the cherry-pick deadline, we decided to delay releases for a week.

The new target date for the July patch releases is Wednesday, July 19, 2023 and the cherry-pick deadline is Friday, July 14, 2023.
