Kubernetes v1.34 schedule updates

Ahoy!

The following changes have been made to the Kubernetes v1.34 Schedule:

1. Added another release candidate to address a critical bug fix. Bug Fix (Slack Discussion). This is the v.1.34.0-rc.1 release cut, which has already been released.

2. The release candidate, supposed to be released on Wednesday, 20th August 2025, would still be released, versioned as: v1.34.0-rc.2. 

The changes have been added to the release schedule as well.
