We hope this email finds you well and excited about the upcoming Kubernetes Contributor Summit (KCSNA 24) in Salt Lake City, Utah! With the event approaching, we’re sending out reminders for two important opportunities: Registering for the event and Submitting your Call for Proposals (CFPs).
Registration for the event is now OPEN! Participating on-site at the event is a wonderful way to meet your fellow contributors, interact with the contributor community, and help drive the Kubernetes project forward. We would like to encourage everyone to register for the event by filling out the registration form [1].
Registering early not only secures your spot but also guarantees you get your preferred t-shirt size, plus it helps us plan a better experience for all attendees. In-person attendance at the Kubernetes Contributor Summit is limited to org members and sponsored attendees [2], and spots are filling up fast. Ensure your place at this important event by registering as soon as possible.
Here are some important dates regarding registration:
Registration closes: Thursday, November 7th, 2024 [16:00 US Eastern Time]
Note: If any of your colleagues are active contributors to the Kubernetes project and are not yet aware of this event, please spread the word. The Kubernetes Contributor Summit is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow contributors in person and collaborate to drive the project forward.
We’d also love to remind you that the CFPs for the Contributor Summit are now OPEN! The contributor summit is a contributor-focused event. We encourage you to submit your CFPs if you possess insights, fresh ideas, or topics you think would interest the members of the Kubernetes organization. We’d love to hear from you! You can submit your CFPs by filling out this form [3].

CFP Opens: Tuesday, June 18th, 2024
CFP Closes: Sunday, September 15th, 2024 [23:59 Pacific Time]
CFP Notifications: Sunday, September 29th, 2024
Schedule Announced: Monday, October 14th, 2024
