SIG Network Leadership Changes

Hello all,

I will be stepping down as chair of SIG Network. I am nominating Guilherme Cassolato as my replacement.

Gui has been a part of SIG Network for a long time. He has been crucial to the success of the Gateway API project, having always been an outstanding contributor and communicator there. He has worked across many sub-projects over the years, and most recently helped found our newest Kube Agentic Networking sub-project as a maintainer. I expect this will be uncontroversial, but if someone has questions or concerns they can contact us.
