WG Batch leadership change

Hello,

On behalf of Working Group Batch leads, it is my great pleasure

to propose Yuki Iwai (@tenzen-y) as a new lead for our group.

Yuki has been leading the Kueue project for over two years and he's 

also involved in JobSet work.  Furthermore, he's been an active reviewer

for the job controller since October 2024. Yuki is also driving the effort

to tighten collaboration between Kubeflow (where he's one of the leads 

for Kubeflow Training WG) and Kubernetes.

At the same time, after 3 years leading the group, Swati and I have decided

to step down, allowing Marcin, Kevin and Yuki to continue the mission 

to enhance the support for Batch workloads in Kubernetes.

If you have any concerns about the nomination, please reach out to any of 

the current Organizers or the Steering Committee.

Lazy consensus deadline for this proposal is in two weeks - September 4th, 2025.

Your insightful guidance, backed by well-knowledged experience, has accelerated the WG Batch.
