Hi everyone,

I want to self-nominate for the 2025 Kubernetes Steering Committee Election.

I started contributing to Kubernetes in December 2014, and like many longtime contributors, 

my journey has taken me through multiple areas of the project. Over time, I found my home 

in SIG CLI and SIG Apps, where I have spent years shaping our work and helping to grow 

the next generation of leaders. Seeing new contributors I've mentored become co-maintainers 

and even co-leads has been one of the most rewarding parts of my experience.

My commitment to project quality and stability eventually led me to join the Production Readiness

 Reviewers, where we help ensure the stability of each release is best in class.

After many conversations with community members, I decided to run for the Steering Committee 

and was honored to be elected in 2023. Serving on the committee has been a privilege, and I'm 

excited by the possibility of continuing.

Looking ahead, our project must prioritize stability and provide our maintainers with 

the robust support they need. I believe that by investing in our people, we will push 

Kubernetes to new heights and perhaps even surpass Linux as the world's number 

one open source project :-)
