IU contribution to force Building Code values to upper-case in Final Delivery section of REQ & PO

Hi Everyone,

IU would like to contribute our fix for the Building Code issue described in this JIRA:

https://kfspartners.atlassian.net/browse/KF-55

I believe the change we made restores the functionality back to what we had in 5.3 prior to moving to 7.

Does anyone have any concerns or questions about us moving forward with this fix?

Hi Damon,

UA defaults our building codes upper case, so I do not think this would be an issue on our side.  We do use alpha-numeric values. Just want to confirm that is not changing?

Cornell building codes are numbers with an optional uppercase letter at the end. This bug fix will cause no problems for us.
