CGB Place Holder Listing

Hello All,

 

We are currently working on creating templates for our Contracts & Grants Billing and are wondering if there is an updated list of Placeholders available?  We are utilizing a list from the Phase 1 Final Guide to C&G Billing and want to confirm this is an accurate and updated source.

Hi Kristine, we don't have anything more current. We've been meaning to add that to the documentation, would you mind sending me what you have and we can look into whether or not anything may be missing or need to be updated and get it added to the documentation. I'd also be curious to know if UH had to make changes and, if so, what they were.

Attached is the old document from December 2012 time frame.  The section we’re referencing is found on pages 130 - 137. 

 

Yes, it would be very helpful to know if there are updates or modifications needed to this documentation.  In the meantime, we will continue to move forward with the attached version. 

 

We look forward to the UH reply and any other updates for this document!

Kris, Kymber and All,

I'm attaching the JIRA from our recent KFS6 upgrade where we had issues with the templates.  In some cases the placeholders were not pulling in data and in other cases we had worked with Streamlyn (aka Vivantech) to change how the placeholder worked in our pre-release version.  We are happy to provide more information if necessary.
