Doug,
I just have some standard troubleshooting questions. When was your last code deployment and were any of the changes around these functions? Did anyone run any SQL scripts that would have changed data in the system including parameters? How about XML’s to modify workflows? Did you do anything like shut off next FY PO’s or update any of those parms?
I’ve seen the half loading screens before usually when there is some bad data in one of the fields. You might be able to get further detail by looking in the system logs.

Subject: [kfs.user.tech] Problem with certain aspects of Kuali
Friends,
We are encountering an issue with our Kuali server, in which trying to access certain functions results in an error. For instance, when clicking on the "Purchase Orders" link under "Purchasing/Accounts Payable" under the "Custom Document Searches" header, one sees a Kuali page with the Stack Trace error seen in the attached file.
However, clicking on the "Payment Requests" link under that same header, works just fine. It brings back results, and one can drill down into the document, but it seems like the document is not "complete," meaning that the bottom of the document just seems to end without the curved border continuing around the bottom, and without a "Close" button nor a "Copy" button. Here's a screenshot of that:
Additionally, clicking on either "Journal Entry"
or "Journal Voucher" in the first column of the main page, or "Available Balances," "Cash Balances," or "Open Encumbrances" in the third column of the main page, all result in a "Null Pointer Exception" error.
I have made multiple attempts of trying our usual routine of restarting the two Tomcat servers and the Apache server, but that has not worked. I have also restarted the VM that has our Kuali application servers, and the physical server that has our database, but that also has not fixed the problem.
Any help would be appreciated!
