The circled message does not belong to the Budget page like it displays here. It belongs to a section in Approval/Access page. Why does it display on all the pages? I want it to display only on Approval/Access page as a piece of information.
It was added using GlobalVariables.getMessageMap().putInfoForSectionId(...) method.
Secondly, p:growlMessagingEnabled="false" on PropDev-DefaultView does not work. I hoped this setting, would not display that blue box at all.
