Greetings,
This might be a question better suited to Rice, but here goes. In KC, we have a workflow where a document might require approval by safety officers (specifically, Radiation and Biohazard). Currently, they can only enter comments if they choose to disapprove (return) the protocols, in order to specify why they returned the document.
Has anyone updated their workflows to allow comments when they approve? I’m searching through the Rice documentation that we have, and I haven’t found anything that determines whether a comment field is presented upon approval/disapproval.
We’re still on the baseline KC 5.2.1, by the way.
Thanks in advance,
Chuck
