Incident Reporting configuration

Would anyone be willing to share the steps to configure the Incident reporting.  I setup the kc-config.xml but it doesn't  seem to be working.  We are sending other emails.  Any tips would be a great help.

We use the following settings in our kc-config.xml for the Incident Reporting

 

    <!-- Configuration for Exception Incident handling and reporting -->

    <param name="KualiExceptionHandlerAction.EXCEPTION_INCIDENT_REPORT_SERVICE">knsExceptionIncidentService</param>

    <param name="MailMessage.from">Email Address you want messages to come from</param>

    <param name="KualiExceptionIncidentServiceImpl.additionalExceptionNameList"></param>

    <param name="KualiExceptionIncidentServiceImpl.REPORT_MAIL_LIST">Email address you want reports sent to</param>
