KC 5.2.1: Attachments to Notes stored on disk

Hello!

Due to our business processes at UofA, we're using Notes on various types of MaintenanceDocuments to add attachments (like .pdf .txt files) . Those attachments are handled by KRAD AttachmentService and stored as files on the hard drive of the server.

We're trying to identify if in out-of-the-box KC 5.2.1, there are other type of documents (different from MaintenanceDocs) that are storing their attachments in the same way?

I've noticed there is also a KEW AttachmentService that does the same thing, but I'm still not sure if there is a way in the UI to add notes+attachments with this service?
