The content is empty and all the previous years are gone. Is this intentional and if so why. Those files are very valuable when we do an upgrade.

I am currently in the process of restoring the changelog files. They were not meant to be removed permanently. It was discovered recently that these files were exploding in size and not being created correctly due to changes in our build pipeline. I hope this clears everything up.
