Soner hi,

I don't have any experience with MRI/nnrd images, and I'm sure that the Knet repo doesn't contain any medical imaging examples, so you won't be able to find anything helpful on the repo. Fortunately, I've just typed "julia nrrd site:github.com" to Google, and this is what I've found,

Thank you, I am also using that package. I was looking for some examples with that data type in Julia.

Thanks,
Soner

Hi Soner,

I don't know about it. You can take advantage of the original implementation,

I guess it performs random crop on input images. I'd run this and compare it with the Julia package. By the way, this is not a good method for preprocessing. I'd store original raw images, and perform random cropping in each iteration. This is better in terms of data augmentation: your model would see a different part / patch of the input image each time.

Best.
