lstm-tagger tests

Hi,

I'm having this error at make_instance().

Test Failed at In[2]:47
  Expression: ((dev[1])[2])[3] == 11110
   Evaluated: 22450 == 11110 

When I check the key of 11110 in w2i, it matches with "milk" but when I check the 2nd sentence it is "This album proved to be ...". I think there might be an update on the dataset or etc., so can you please go over the tests and update them if that's the case? It should affect other cells as well.
