Hi there,
I'm trying to iterate over the rows of a matrix because I need to vcat each of the rows to other matrices. The problem is, each row ends up becoming a SubArray type which I cannot convert back into a Matrix type(of shape 1x10). Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Could you please supply a minimal working example which allows me to reproduce this issue?
