Evaluation points	English Expression 30%	Performance 30%	Content 30%	Q&A 10%
8.1 - 10.0	Good prosody.  Pausing before keywords.  It is clear which part is stressed.  English level is appropriate for Asian students.	Paying attention to interaction with the audience.  Pauses are appropriate, dividing chapters well.	One core message and 3-4 topics.  Motivates the audience, uses their own research data.  Good organization.	The answer is appropriate.
6.1 – 8.0	Good enough to deliver to Asian students.  Good interaction and questioning.	It is clear which part has been emphasized.	Good research and organization.	Good enough - without going into detail.
4.1 - 6.0	Messages are understandable.  Speaking in a loud voice.	Good collaboration to deliver.	Body or conclusion is clear.	Answers mostly covered the question.
2.1 – 4.0	Not so good at handling the microphone or speaking in English overall.	Delivered in monotone, no specific performance.	Just talking about the issue - lacking flow or structure of the argument.	Evaded the question with tact.
0.1 - 2.0	Incomprehensible.	"Mosquito reading"- hard for the audience to hear what is being said.	Boring, the organization is not good.  Infringing copyrights, Complicated with too many photos.	Can't answer anything.
