Best Way to Send KrakenD Logs to External Service (for Visualization in Grafana)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using the latest version of KrakenD (v2.10) and looking to forward its logs to an external service for better visibility and monitoring.

In my stack, I already have the OpenTelemetry Collector and Grafana set up, but I haven't seen any specific implementation examples to integrate the logs. 

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience—

• What logging or observability services are you using with KrakenD?

• What's the best way to ship KrakenD logs to an external service and visualize them in Grafana?

For context, everything is running in Kubernetes.
