The list of commands provided are not very extensive, I have done searches for the information to no avail. Can anyone please share with me if there are more commands than what I am seeing in the docs:

Available Commands:
check        Validates that the configuration file is valid.
check-plugin Checks your plugin dependencies are compatible.
  help         Help about any command
  run          Runs the KrakenD server.

?

I would expect there to be a "stop" command.  I installed this on a CentOS Linux server, I ran a top, could not figure out the process I would need to shutdown.

I appreciate the help, since I did not see this question asked before, I feel I am definitely missing something.

Thanks,
Jon

Hi Jonny,

Those commands are for running KrakenD with different usages (check config, check plugins, run, ...). To stop a running KrakenD instance, you can use the systemd service scripts:
systemctl stop krakend
or
service krakend stop

You can also kill the process with a SIGTERM or SIGINT signal for an controlled shutdown or just simply kill the process with a SIGHUP.

Cheers!
