Hi There,

I am beginning evaluation of Krakend and looking to see what is needed to create APIs that talk to an Oracle DB. Are there already plugins created for Krakend for Oracle DB? Looking for where to research this in the documentation. It is not exactly clear from looking at the marketing website, and also, if this is an enterprise only feature, where may I read about in more detail, those capabilities?

Hi Jon,

KrakenD does not have any functionality today that allows you to plug the gateway to a database directly, this is why you haven't found anything on the website. If you want to use KrakenD in a scenario like this, you need an intermediate API with the Oracle DB driver, which provides the data to KrakenD.
