Singleton Redis Connection in HTTP Server Plugin

Hi KrakenD enthusiast !
Would like to check anyone has so far doing any redis connection with singleton pattern in KrakenD?
From my observation the only way possible is only through http server plugin, but I am quite unsure if we can persist the connection state (singleton pattern).
