Inquiry - Office 365 Subscription

Dear Colleague,

Hope this email finds you well!

I'm wondering if you can kindly confirm whether the academics at Koya University are entitled to download Microsoft Office 365 applications for free?

I tried to download Office 365 using Microsoft's website. Registration was successful and confirmed that Koya University domain is subscribed for the service. However, activating the account requires that the IT Admin should assign an Office licence for myself (and mostly for others wishing to use this service), please see below

I really appreciate helping me with this so that, if possible, the maximum number of Koya University academics would make use of Office 365 subscription should they wish to.
