Dear Aspen Community,

We want to share with you that our host, Nashville Public Library, and their Bridgestone-Firestone Conference Center recently experienced a fire. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Authorities and library leadership are currently assessing the extent of the damage.

The AspenCon Planning Committee is monitoring the situation closely and working with our partners at NPL to assess the full impact.

We are actively evaluating next steps: either staying at the current venue, if feasible, or relocating to an alternate location within downtown Nashville.

In the meantime, we recommend holding off on purchasing travel arrangements. If you do book, please make sure your tickets are refundable or include travel insurance.

To allow for flexibility, we are sharing session descriptions instead of a fixed schedule: https://community.aspendiscovery.org/AspenCon2025/sessions.

We thank you for your patience and understanding! We will share updates as soon as we know more.

On behalf of the AspenCon Planning Committee,
