Hello all,
The Aspen Governance Task Force is asking members of the community to nominate themselves (or others) to the Aspen Library Software Foundation's first board of directors.
There is a a nomination form available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FM9LBVY
You can see the list of responsibilities for these roles in the proposed bylaws at https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vTE1s8iYPcAmxEUY85AF4kLi-XqLprZ2v0OgEHCV-r1i6keVznpQV7T2_UuN9BTz5ts8umxD15ug-Wv/pub (see ARTICLE V).
The survey will remain open until October 04, 2025, at 12:59 UTC (convert to local time at https://dateful.com/convert/utc).
