Hello all,
On behalf of the Aspen Governance task force, we are asking for members of the community to approve the final draft of the bylaws of what will become the Aspen Library Software Foundation.
There is a survey to fill out at https://www.surveymonkey.com/stories/SM-dPECXYlxu7HEDqAExeFKmA_3D_3D/
In the survey you will find a link to the final draft of the bylaws (https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vTE1s8iYPcAmxEUY85AF4kLi-XqLprZ2v0OgEHCV-r1i6keVznpQV7T2_UuN9BTz5ts8umxD15ug-Wv/pub) and a copy of the guide to the bylaws that we developed after we received feedback (https://community.aspendiscovery.org/Files/51/ViewPDF)
The survey will remain open until September 20, 2025, at 12:59 UTC (convert to local time at https://dateful.com/convert/utc).
