Holiday shopping frustrated by inaccessible web sites?

Happy holidays to all,

I've been hearing a lot around the office lately about folks who are frustrated shopping online because of the inaccessibility of so many retail web sites. 

If this is happening to you, let companies know about it.  It is one of the most effective strategies to say "I was ready to spend money, but got blocked from using your site because it is inaccessible. " The W3C has great resources to help you craft that email or phone call.
