RTM Follow Ups

Hi all,

Just wanting to start the conversation about RTM 2026. I'm not sure what everyone's availability is for the next couple of months. Do we want to start hashing out some details virtually or arrange a time to get together?

1) Choose a date for the 2026 edition Saturday June 20th or June 27th

2) Confirm continued involvement of all key volunteers for 2026.

3) Financial Review of RTM accounts - including discussing contributions to SAR (this has been missed for 2023-2025). I've attached the account transactions from this year's event along with the budget and actual expenses. I'm happy to answer any questions relating to that. 

4) Second round of Pursuit Of Excellence funds.

5) Round The Mountain Legacy fund.
