Today we did an inventory of directional signs to mark the routes.

Pascal, based on this you should be able to determine if you need more made.  Also, the signs for Registration / Kids zone and other things are in rough shape.  I think it may be a good idea to go in and look at them and see what additional or new signs should be made.  Big Magic says they can do core-last signs but need about two weeks.  They have our logo.  Right now our signage makes us look rather amateurish as it has gotten beaten up over the years.

Once you know what additional signs you’d like then just contact Da...@bigmagicdesign.com. 778-481-5262.

I am gone from tomorrow for three weeks but Andree, from the orienteering club can let you into the storage room next to the Friends of the Library Bookstore, just off the Platzl parking lot.  I’ve cc’d her.

Stephanie, there is a picture of the big plywood sheet that we hang all the timing chips on.  It makes it easy to hand them out on race morning as everyone’s bib number will match their timing stick number.
I will be dropping the timing computer to Seb at Kootenay Computers, in the morning.  He will get them all updated and ready for the event.  He’d like the data as soon as we have it ready so he can get it all uploaded.  We can discuss.

Thanks Jim!

When do you want to discuss below - I'll be available first week of June. I imagine the data needs to be pulled a day or two prior to the race date to capture any last minute registrations?
