Hey guys, just an update from the site coordinator.
I have talked to Overtime and they are a Yes for the event. They will offer 2 beer and 1 cider option. They will also offer 2 free drinks to all Volunteers.
The tents are not available from Tech so I will see if Bridge Interiors can help out and if they cannot, I will look into Sandor rentals.
I will get contacts updated as soon as I get all their info
