RTM Attendance Update

Hey All,

Wanted to share an update with everyone what attendance is looking like:

If we are doing any social posts, it might be good to push the Trek and the 10km Run 18 and under - as we still have a bunch of open spots for these.

Thanks Steph! We will discuss it tomorrow at our 7pm meeting. My hunch is that there will be a last minute flurry, thought those numbers already look great!

Just an FYI - Jim and I added some spots to the 20km run, and reduced the trek. I think Jim is going to do a post as well to promote the 18& Under Run as we only have 2 people so far - if RTM does a post can someone see if the Orienteering club can repost on their socials as well?

Brett - you mentioned sponsors who wanted to join the MTB, and that it might be up to 40 people - we've only see one person sign up with the Sponsorship code, do you think there will be more? We added 10 more spots in case.

If anyone is taking meeting notes and can send the link after the meeting that would be great.

I will wait until after next weekends meeting to decide how much we push sponsors to use this free sign up. We will be voting on adding a paid position for "sponsorship" duties and that person can decide. No idea what # of sponsors will use it but guessing actual to be much lower than the possible 40...10 sounds about right.

Hi everyone,

I’ll not be able to attend tonight, my daughter has her school open house this evening.

Also, I am on the kids zone team, however at this point I’m not sure how much help I can be for the event.

I am out of town June 17-25. I’m only able to help organizing something before hand.

I’ll see what Daryl, Kate and I can come up with.
