Hi Events and RTM crew,

Time is ticking and I suggest that we plan for the following meetings:

• Wednesday - April 27  google meet URL meet.google.com/utn-avgt-tye
• Tuesday - May 17 google meet URL  meet.google.com/xaj-accm-rpo
• Tuesday - May 31   google meet URL meet.google.com/gbc-dhhu-ayp
• Tuesday - June 14 (last pre-event meeting) google meet URL meet.google.com/rhd-upsa-vov

Please accept if you can join, most importantly we will be looking for Pascal/Angela to lead us on these meetings to let us know what they need from us.

Hi All,

Unfortunately won't be able to join on Wednesday - hoping to connect with Jim this weekend to get some items sorted. Nothing of note on my end at the moment. 

Unclear if I will be able to join on the 17th for the meeting as I will be out of town for work, and unsure of my schedule at the moment. I'll keep you posted there!

Just to confirm we are meeting on June 14th. We were discussing an in person meeting at the Nordic Centre to go over details of the day with Jim, can I propose 6pm? We would invite the key volunteers for various areas to join us.

At the last meeting we discussed meeting this Thursday, 9th at 6.30pm Nordic Centre. 

The consensus was that Tuesday 14th was a little too close to the event itself.

Hi all,

I wasn't at the last meeting and no dates were communicated outside of that, so was unaware of the suggestion of th 9th. Sadly I am not available tomorrow, and would like to be present. I think the 14th is workable, and happy with 6pm - this gives us an opportunity to move some of the materials needed for race day up to the Nordic centre as well.

Hi Jim,

What time is the volunteer orientation on the 16th? Assuming this is at the Nordic Centre? Assuming we should be in attendance? 

Also wondering what the setup is looking like Friday and Saturday - I know there will be Saturday evening registration - need to confirm the timing of this, I see the note on the schedule that it is open 5-8pm Saturday, so hoping to confirm when registration volunteers need to arrive for set up. Same applies for Sunday am.

Here is what I’d suggest.  As the timing is set,  up the person come to registration Saturday and ask for Steph.  She can have them complete the change / late entry form and waiver.  We will then add them into the timing system Sunday when the timers deal with all the late changes.

That said, we always had a discussion a few days in advance about whether it was a go or no go.  So far it always went and if KTS has any special requirements or guidelines we should take those into consideration.  I am not aware of what those might be..
