Sponsorship race entries

Hi Team,

Paddy @ Purcells was asking today if it is possible to get an entry into the 20km run for another member of his staff?  Aware that entries are closed, but as a sponsor he used to get free entries, and hoping we might be able to fit Kate in this year.

Registration has closed and we've sent off the registration information to the crew who sets up the timing. @Jim Webster is there a way we can do a last minute add for Paddy (Sponsor) or is it off the table for this years race?

I know that Denise from Mountain Grass was hoping to change her 20km entry to a 10km as she is now coming on as a food vendor.  We could offer Paddy her spot and gift her with the 10km spot.

Also how many 10X10 tents do we want from RCR?

Tents required: 

1 - refreshments at finish

1 - finish line

1- aid station 1

2 - Aid station 2

1 - aid Station 3

1 - kidz zone

Total 7

Kootenay Orienteering has one which will be there

First Saturdays has offered some

RCR - whatever is left

It gets very tricky now.  We have a change form which can be filled in at registration.  At this point it is much easier to make the change when she checks in on Saturday.  Steph will collect all the change forms, bring them to the timing tent and they can make the change at that time.  It reduced the number of multiple places we need to change in advance and makes it less like of an error happening.
