Hello,I am enquiring on behalf of the Kimberley Trails Society for special events insurance. Of particular note is we are hosting Kimberley's Round the Mountain Festival on June 19th a multi sport Mountain Biking, Trail Running, Hiking and Kids activity festival with around 550 participants.
We are also planning to host another Mountain Bike Festival, Bootleg Bike Fest in September as well as hosting a regular toonie mountain bike race series.
Of particular importance is that we would have coverage on Black diamond rated Mountain Bike trails. If you were able to offer us General Trails Liability and Directors & Officers Insurance down the road this would definately be something that we would be interested in if we could arrange all our insurance in the same place.
I would really appreciate a swift response if this is something that you would be able to assist us with.
