Hey all,

Meeting tomorrow 6pm Overtime Beer. They close at 7 hence the 6pm start, hopefully that isn't an issue for anyone. 

Attached is the finance report from the 2022 RTM, be good if people have the chance to review before the meeting if possible.

I will be out of town for the majority of November for work, so predominantly wanted to tackle the updating of Zone4/website details so that we are ready to go for early bird pricing etc. - so likely a lot of things I can tackle with Jim directly but nailing down a general calendar for 2023 would be great. 

The KTS has been discussing adding some Electrify the Mountain events/launch celebrations to the RTM weekend so would like to get everyone's take on this as well.

We had talked about meeting in November to begin (continue) discussions for the 2023 RTM event and opening registrations in December. Chatting with Steph last night it sounds like meeting before November would be particularly beneficial for her. 

I would like to propose a meeting on Tuesday October 18th. Although if that date doesn't work for the majority we can look at another option.
