6.0.10 stable release

The 6.0.10 stable release of KiCad is planned for Monday, December 19th.
If you have any last minute changes to get into any of the repos, now
is the time. I plan on tagging the 6.0 branch on Saturday to allow time
for our builders to complete and upload to the KiCad download sites.

Hello, Wayne!

I've just discussed an issue with Simon Richter / GyrosGeier. In his design, available
from his Github, the P&S Router seems to get confused around Vias which are not there
and gets stuck with odd traces, making routing very painful.

That sounds great, Wayne. Are folks lined up to tag the other repos and build the docs?

AFAIK, all of the repos will get tagged on the same day. Once
everything is tagged, I will let everyone know.
