Restrictions for hidden features

do the restrictions such as feature-freeze and string-freeze also apply to hidden features?

Hi Jan,

The feature and string freeze policy applies to features hidden behind and advanced configuration settings.  Developer only features (such as the PNS router developer tools) and unit tests are exempt from the freeze policy.
