Hello,
I'm Mattia Nasca an electronic engineer that used massively KiCAD for projects.
Thank you for your constant support and congratulations on the work you do.
I want to know if it's possible to add in the future the following features:
1.A library for 3d models, like the libraries for footprint or schematic symbols.
2. Tool for scaling grapghics.

In this level of discussion, I suggest you write to the user forum https://forum.kicad.info/. We (other end users) can comment there on your questions. After that, the issue database would be the right place to file feature requests if you have something which isn't already implemented.
