Stable release 7.0.4.

Due to an unexpected critical bug in the 7.0.3 packages, there will be
no official 7.0.3 release. We will be releasing 7.0.4 on Tuesday, May
23rd barring anything unexpected.

The doc source as downloaded about half an hour ago (20:00 UTC)
has the wrong directory name (version) in the tar ball:
$ tar tjf kicad-doc-7.0.4.tar.gz | head -10

Thanks for the heads up.  Looks like our auto-naming got mixed up given the duplicated tags (no commits to docs between 7.0.3 and 7.0.4).  We'll get this fixed.
