Python for Calculators applications

Hi All,

What is the policy regarding Python applications for Calculators? I
would like to contribute some, but the stuff in question would use
NumPy, SciPy and Matplotlib in addition to wxPython already in.
Naturally the plotting library can be easily changed to one already
present for the simulator.

You can make a third party calculator thats shipped via PCM but we cannot integrate such a calculator directly into kicad. 

KiCad is nearly entirely C++ and any changes to it must be done in C++ land.
