Location for current Symbol Library Definition

Ladies and Gentlemen - 

      Could someone please provide the link to the KiCad Symbol Library DEFINITION documentation?  The Link at the bottom of the page:

is returning a "not found".

Link works, but you have to look at the website rather than the source for the website.
