David Charles Davis, 67, of Chesapeake, passed away March 12, 2026.
Born in Bernville, PA he was the son of the late Richard and Nancy Davis. He was retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Affectionately known as "Gonzo" by his close friends and Brothers, Worshipful Davis was a Past Master of Berkley Lodge No. 167 and an active Shriner. Most of all, he was a loving father and a caring friend to all in his life.
Left to cherish his memory are his son Richard A. Davis.
A celebration of his life with Masonic Rites will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026. The family will receive friends following the service. Friends are invited to sign the online guest book at www.briggsfh.com
