FADE IN:
EXT. RAILWAY PLATFORM – DUSK
The sun sinks low, casting long, shadowy fingers across the barren landscape. Silence holds the town captive.
DALE stands alone at the platform, harmonica in hand, her expression a mixture of determination and quiet sorrow. Wind gently moves the dust around her boots.
CAMERA PANS TO reveal FRANK stepping out from behind the abandoned ticket booth, his eyes cold and unflinching.
FRANK (voice cold, edged) You brought two horses too many.
DALE (calm, resolute) No, you brought two horses too few.
CUT TO:
EXT. SALOON PORCH – CONTINUOUS
Angela, gripping the porch railing, watches silently, strength mingled with anxiety clear in her steady gaze.
CUT BACK TO:
EXT. RAILWAY PLATFORM – CONTINUOUS
DALE slowly brings the harmonica to her lips. A mournful tune fills the silence, echoing through the empty streets. The melody speaks volumes—pain, loss, and imminent retribution.
Frank’s hand inches toward his revolver, tension palpable, the moment stretched unbearably.
The harmonica music ceases abruptly, replaced by a deafening silence. Frank draws his revolver with lightning speed—
But Dale is faster. The crack of a gunshot reverberates through the twilight. Frank falls silently to the dust, his story ended.
CUT TO:
EXT. RAILWAY PLATFORM – MOMENTS LATER
Angela steps down from the saloon porch, crossing the street to stand beside Dale. Together, they silently watch the fading sunset, a quiet sense of closure enveloping them.
ANGELA (softly) It's finished.
DALE (nods slowly) Finally.
CAMERA SLOWLY PULLS BACK, capturing the two figures standing resolutely together, as darkness gently blankets the Old West town.
FADE OUT.
