Hello to our wonderful KGWO supporters!

Something is stirring in the winds—and we’d love you to be there when it arrives. Only two weeks to go...!

Kelvin Grove Wind Orchestra’s next concert, Whispers of the Winds, will take us from moonlit stillness to powerful storms, soaring flight and the far reaches of space.

You’ll hear favourites including Skyfall, Moonlight Sonata, Jupiter, Fly Me to the Moon, Moonlight Serenade and Also Sprach Zarathustra, alongside exciting music written especially for wind orchestra.

And there’s another dimension to this concert.

You may remember how music and storytelling came together at our previous performance. This time, narrator Ross Allen returns to guide us through an original story woven into the first half of the program. We won’t give away where the journey leads—but expect mystery, imagination and a few surprises as the music brings the story to life. Let's just say it will be out of this world!! 😱

We’ll also be joined by vocalist Zali Baird, with Music Director Dale Hubbard conducting the orchestra as always.
