🎼 Our next feature is the lively and iconic “Zorba the Greek” by Mikis Theodorakis, arranged by Ted Parsons. This piece is famous for its infectious rhythm and has become synonymous with Greek culture.

✨ Fun Fact: Did you know that the dance associated with this music, known as the Sirtaki, was created specifically for the 1964 film Zorba the Greek? The dance starts slow and gradually speeds up, mirroring the music’s tempo changes. It has since become a symbol of Greek joy and resilience.
