Good morning! Parade Day is nearly here! Your group is assigned to march in Division 3 (Troy Division)  of the Alexandria St. Patrick's Day Parade, taking place on Saturday March 7, in Old Town Alexandria.

Division 3 – Staging facing South on Pitt St. between Wilkes St. and Wolfe St. – enter at Pitt St. & Wolfe Street by turning left from Westbound Wolfe St. (See attached Map).

As the Unit PoC, you are responsible for making sure your marchers and vehicles know where they need to stage and when to arrive, and our expectations for unit conduct before and during the parade.  I've attached full instructions for the units and a map showing the staging areas and parade route for your reference.

Reminder: Staging for units takes place between 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM. Please don't be too early, and definitely don't be late! Vehicles must enter each staging area at the designated point. Arriving units should check in the with Parade Marshals in their staging area (look for the green vests). The Marshals will have the specific Order of March for your division, and will help the units line up in that order.
